These terms cover accounts, acceptable use, and how Avaloi may change the service.

Accounts
You must provide an accurate email, keep credentials secret, and be at least 18. A company has one Owner. The Owner can transfer ownership or close the company.
The service
Avaloi provides a control plane for managed WordPress. Site runtime, domains, backups, and billing arrive in later phases. We may change or pause preview features.
Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend an account that breaks it.
Liability
The service is provided as is during this draft period. Counsel will replace this section before paid plans launch.
