End your login and memberships now. Personal data is purged within 30 days, and audit history keeps an anonymized actor.

Deleting your account removes your login and your memberships at once. Personal data is purged within 30 days. The company activity log keeps the actor as deleted user, so history stays intact.

Delete your account

  1. Leave or transfer ownership first. If you are the only Owner of an open company, transfer ownership or close the company. Avaloi will not delete the only Owner of an open company.
  2. Open User settings and choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm with your password or a passkey. This needs a fresh session.
  4. Wait for the purge. You cannot sign in after this. Personal data is purged within 30 days.

Close a company instead

Owners close a company from Company settings. Type CLOSE to confirm. Company data follows the same 30-day clock. Members lose access immediately.

What stays

Audit events keep an anonymized actor label. Avaloi keeps them for 13 months for security and integrity.
