What you may and may not host or do on Avaloi, and where to report abuse. Draft text, not yet reviewed by counsel.

You may use Avaloi to host legitimate WordPress sites and to call the API for your company. You may not use Avaloi to harm people, networks, or the platform.

Not allowed

  • Malware, phishing, or credential theft.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email through Avaloi or customer sites.
  • Attacking Avaloi, other tenants, or third parties.
  • Mining cryptocurrency on Avaloi nodes.
  • Collecting or publishing personal data you have no right to process.
  • Sharing API keys or bypassing SSO, two-factor, or rate limits.
  • Child sexual abuse material. Avaloi reports it and terminates the account.

Enforcement

Avaloi may suspend a company, revoke keys, or close an account. Avaloi emails the Owner when it can do so without increasing harm.
