Avaloi Hosting provides managed WordPress hosting, a dashboard, and a public API. By creating an account you agree to these draft terms.
Accounts
You must provide a real email and keep it verified. You are responsible for the keys, sessions, and members you invite. One Owner exists per company.
Acceptable use
You will not use Avaloi to break the law, attack other systems, or send abuse. See Acceptable use.
Service
Sites, backups, and billing ship in phases. Displayed pricing is not a charge until billing ships. See Billing and plans.
Data
Avaloi processes account data as described in the Privacy policy. You can delete your account. Personal data is purged within 30 days. Audit logs keep an anonymized actor.
Liability
This draft makes no warranty. Production terms will set caps and service credits after counsel review.
