Invitations

Owners and Admins create invitations from Team. Each invitation is bound to one email and one role, and it expires in 7 days.

Create

Open Team, then Invite. Enter the email and a role. The person accepts with that email, or signs up with it.

Resend

Open the pending row and choose Resend. The expiry clock starts again.

Revoke

Choose Revoke on the pending row. The link stops working at once. Use this when you sent the wrong role or the wrong address, then send a new invitation. An invitation cannot move to a different address.

After they join

Change a role from the member row. You cannot change the Owner this way: use transfer ownership.

Remove a member from the same row. They lose access immediately. Their past activity stays, labeled with their name until they delete their account.

Limits

• An invitation expires 7 days after it is sent or resent.

Quick answers

Who can send invitations? The Owner and Admins. Developers, Billing, and Viewers do not see Invite.

Does revoking an invitation remove a member? No. Revoke works on pending invitations. Remove a member from the member row.

Can I give someone access to one site only? Yes. Add them from that site's User management tab as a Site Admin or Site Developer. See Give someone access to one site.
