Start a plan
Pick a plan by billing period, pricing basis, and site count, check the total, and pay with your saved card. Or ask sales for a custom or agency plan.
The Start a plan window is where you buy a hosting plan. Open it from Billing (the Start a plan or Add a plan button), from Home, or from Add site when no plan has a free slot. It has two steps, Plan and Summary, and the bar at the top shows which one you are on.
Choose a plan
The Standard plans tab lists the plans your account type can buy, as cards in a row. On a phone, swipe the row sideways to see them all.
Three filters sit above the cards:
- Billing period: Monthly or Annual. Annual shows an orange chip with the months you get free (today, two months free: an annual plan costs ten times the monthly price).
- Pricing basis: Visits pricing counts visits a month. Bandwidth pricing counts server bandwidth a month instead. Every plan is sold both ways, and the card shows the limit for the basis you pick.
- Number of sites: 1 site or 2 or more sites.
Each region has its own prices. When the window asks for a Region, the prices on the cards are for that region. From Add site, the region is the one you chose for the site.
Each card shows the plan name with its basis and period (for example, "Starter, visits, monthly"), the price, and what the plan includes: WordPress sites, visits or server bandwidth a month, disk, CDN bandwidth a month, backup retention, and staging environments per site. Pick a card, then select Continue.
Which plans you see
| Account type | 1 site | 2 or more sites |
|---|---|---|
| Individual | Starter | Pro |
| Business | None | Business 1, Business 2, Business 3, and Agency |
| Enterprise | None | None |
A business account starts on 2 or more sites, because every business plan has at least five sites. Enterprise accounts are billed on a custom invoice, so they have no card checkout here: use the Custom and agency plans tab instead. See Account types.
Ask for a custom or agency plan
The Custom and agency plans tab is for needs a standard plan does not cover. It lists what a custom or agency plan can include, such as white label branding, more site slots, Pro DNS zones, and, for enterprise accounts, a custom invoice. Write a message about your sites and traffic, then select Send request. The message goes to the Avaloi team with your name, email, and business name, and we reply by email.
Check the summary and pay
The Summary step shows:
- New plan details: the plan, its price for the period, the region and site slots, then Subtotal, the tax line, and Total. When automatic tax is off, the tax line reads Tax (not charged). A plan with a free first month also shows what is Due today.
- Payment method: your default card (brand, last four digits, and expiry). Select Add new card to add one; the new card is set as the default unless you clear the box.
The plan renews automatically every month or year on your default card until you cancel it under Billing. Within 30 days of your first payment, hosting charges are refunded in full.
Select Pay and continue. If your bank asks to confirm the payment, follow its prompt. The window then waits up to a minute for the plan to arrive. Opened from Billing or Home, it then takes you to Sites to create your first site. Opened from Add site, it goes back to the site form with the new plan chosen.
Use the API
The window calls the same public API you can use:
