Enterprise support

A dedicated Slack channel and direct access to our top support rep, for every site on your account. What it costs, how to turn it on and off, and what changes for your tickets.

Enterprise support is an add-on for your whole company. It gives you:

  • A dedicated Slack channel with the Avaloi team.
  • Direct access to our top support rep, named on the card, with an email address.
  • Tickets that start at high priority, with an Enterprise chip so everyone on the team sees it.

It costs $250 a month and covers every site on your account.

Turn it on

  1. Open any site and choose Add-ons in the site menu.
  2. On the Enterprise support card, choose Enable.
  3. Check the price in the dialog and choose Turn on Enterprise support.

The month is charged to your saved card right away, and it renews on the same day each month. Without a saved card the dialog links to Payment methods. Owners, admins, and billing users can turn it on. Everyone else sees the card without a button.

The card shows the same state on every site, because it belongs to the company.

Your channel

We create the Slack channel by hand, so it takes a little while. Until it exists, the card says Your dedicated channel is being set up. When it is ready, you get a notice in the bell, and the card shows:

  • Slack channel, as a link when we share an invite, or as the channel name.
  • Direct support contact, with the name and email of your support rep.

The channel and the contact stay saved if you turn the add-on off and come back later.

Tickets

While Enterprise support is on:

  • A new ticket starts at high priority at least. It can be higher when the problem is serious.
  • The ticket shows an Enterprise chip on the Support page, and on our side too.

Turn it off

Choose Disable on the card. The add-on ends now, and the unused days of the month are credited to your account. Nothing goes back to your card. The credit pays your next invoice.

When we turn it on for you

We can also turn Enterprise support on for you, for example when you ask us by email. We either charge your saved card the way you would have, or give it to you at no charge, and we tell you in the bell. A card that is on at no charge says On at no charge, and it has no renewal date. The reason we give is in your activity log.

API and assistants

  • Read the card with GET /v1/sites/{id}/add-ons. The enterprise_support entry has the channel and the contact.
  • Turn it on with POST /v1/sites/{id}/add-ons/{addon_id}/purchase and off with .../cancel, with enterprise_support as the add-on. These need the billing:write scope, and a purchase with an API key needs confirm: true.
  • Assistants use the MCP tools enable_add_on and disable_add_on with enterprise_support, and read the channel with list_site_add_ons. Both ask you first.

Quick answers

Who can see the channel link? Everyone who can open the site's Add-ons tab. Slack decides who can join.

Do I pay more for more sites? No. It is one price for the whole company.
